The study, ordered by Medicines for Europe, outlines the enablers and barriers for increased use of generic and biosimilar medicines in hospitals, a.o. in Belgium (the worst pupil in the class when it comes to the use of these medicines).
The report proposes 9 key ingredients to improve access to medicines in the hospital setting.
